Raise your hand if you have never had problems with junk mail and spam on Outlook! Due to an exponential increase in spam, I have recently studied how to eliminate spam Outlook (versions 2013 and later) and in this you will find the summary of the solution.

Delete Outlook Spam

First, you can configure individual settings to filter out junk email. If you find that too many or too few messages are reaching your junk folder, you can easily adjust these settings to immediately resolve filter issues.

Viewing and Deleting Spam
The Junk folder is located in the leftmost column of your mail folders. If there are any unwanted messages, this folder will display a number in parentheses to the right of it, indicating the total number of messages in it. Simply click on the Junk folder to view those messages.

To permanently delete a message you are viewing, click the Delete icon on the Outlook Home tab at the top left.
To delete all messages in the Junk Email folder, right-click the folder and select Empty Folder from the menu that appears.
Setting up junk mail options
When viewing mail in Outlook, make sure the Home tab is selected . Click the Junk E-mail icon in the upper left.
The first option in the Junk E-mail drop-down hong kong telegram phone number list refers to the message selected in the main Outlook window. To quickly set up a junk e-mail filter, select one of the following options:
Block Sender : Automatically moves all emails from the sender's address to the Junk folder.

Never block sender: Messages containing the sender's email address in the “From” field will never be identified as spam.
Never block sender domain (@example.com): All messages from the same domain (usually an organization or company such as @nyc.gov, @staples.com, @harvard.edu), will not be filtered as spam.
Never block this group or distribution list : Messages that use a distribution list may have email addresses in the To, Cc, or Bcc fields of the received email. If so, these addresses are added to the Safe Recipients list, ensuring that messages of this type are not filtered as spam.
Outlook Spam: Filter Settings

To configure general filtering, select Junk E-mail Options at the bottom of the Junk E-mail drop-down menu . In the window that appears, make sure the Options tab is selected. If you find too many messages are filtered as junk, select the top option Turn off automatic filtering .

If you find too much junk mail in your Inbox, you can select Low or High in the Junk Mail Options window. However, you should check your Junk Mail folder regularly to make sure you are actually receiving the messages you want.
The Safe Senders, Safe Recipients, and Blocked Senders tabs at the top of the Junk E-mail Options window let you view and manage the addresses that have been added to these lists for filtering.
