Not every online shop registered with the Merchant Center will automatically be accepted. It's especially important that your site has an SSL certificate. This is the only way to ensure it's secure and meets Google's high expectations.

However, this shouldn't be a problem for newer websites, as an SSL certificate has become standard with almost all web hosts. Furthermore, all of your shop's data must be clearly visible on your site. Not only is the shop name important, but the name and address of the person responsible must also be easily accessible. If there is a commercial register entry or a tax number, these should also be available. With these requirements, Google aims to ensure that only reputable providers are included in its advertising network.

Further requirements include informing potential customers about payment methods, including payment and return options. Warranty or guarantee periods must also be clearly stated. If your store doesn't meet all of the requirements, Google will not approve it for advertising purposes. However, this shouldn't be a problem, as anyone serious about gaining a foothold in online marketing can only get started legally anyway.
