Werfen Group is a multinational company with 100% Spanish capital and one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of products and devices for clinical diagnosis, the hospital sector and research worldwide.

One of the technologies used for this for the last five years is Esker for receiving emails, sending and receiving faxes and for managing the capture of orders.
Now, Werfen Group has decided to extend the scope of its order reception systems. Specifically, from fax servers located in the United States , Italy and Portugal , orders are redirected via FTP to be captured, managed and integrated into the SAP system located in the Data Center in Barcelona. As a result, the group has achieved a “ zero paper” Customer Service Center , so that any user of the company can access all digital documents in SAP.
