In the event of dissolution of Sportvereinigung Leipzig 1910 eV, the liquidation will be carried out by the board members in office at the time of the dissolution resolution.
In the event of dissolution of Sportvereinigung Leipzig 1910 eV or if its previous purpose ceases to exist, the assets will be transferred to Stadtsportbund Leipzig e.V., which must use them directly and exclusively for the purposes stated in Section 2 of these statutes.
ยง 9 Final provisions
These statutes were adopted by resolution of the general meeting clipping path service on December 1, 1997 and thus come into force.
Leipzig, December 2, 1997
Contribution regulations
Each member is required to pay the monthly dues in accordance with the statutes. Dues are collected quarterly, in the third week of the first
month (e.g., for the first quarter of 1998, payment is due no later than January 20th). Members who have not paid their dues by this date lose their insurance coverage. In the event of accidents on the sports field, the insurer (Gerling Group) will not pay. The club must prohibit such members from participating in sports activities, as otherwise it would be grossly negligent in its duty of care and supervision. The dues regulations were adopted at the general meeting on December 1, 1997, and are effective from January 1, 1998, until further notice.
