You know, what gave me the kick in the butt that I needed to dare to create my own business came from my children! I started because I wanted to be there for them. To describe a little bit of what our life was like when I was an employee, here it is:
I left home at 6 o'clock (my son was still asleep) and my husband took him to daycare.
I was working (I was so bored). And what annoyed me the most was that I was in a company that valued being present. This meant that even if I arrived at 8am, people looked at me askance when I left like a madwoman at 7pm sharp, for fear of missing my train…
I was stressed the whole way because I had to release the babysitter as soon as possible.
I washed my son quickly, fed him quickly and put him to bed quickly. Quickly, quickly, quickly, that was all I had in mind!
My husband came home and we enjoyed a "long" evening (2 hours at the most, because we were exhausted)
Dream life!

So I decided to start my own business in order to spend more time with my family. But over the years, I found myself in an ironic situation. I had started my own business, but I was so stressed, I had such a strong idea that I had to do everything, right away, that to have a successful business you had to be constantly busy, … That I was neither there for my children, nor freer than if I were an employee…
Big disappointment!
I was at home, but I didn't have any more time!
So I took the bull by the horns (haha) and put systems in place and made choices to improve my business. To make it more organized, simpler and finally be able to say to myself "today my brain is in a fog I'm going to the forest", without stressing like crazy.
I'll give you the steps in detail:
