Graduating students and aspiring creators charge minimal fees for their services or don't charge anything at all: this way, a designer builds up a portfolio at the beginning of their career, and you save money. But no one guarantees that you will like the result.
Save on materials
Don't skimp on building materials : transparent paper wallpaper will fall off in a month, cheap laminate will ripple, and oil paint will make you cough for another year. Choose a mid-price segment of good quality.
Water-based paints of Russian production are in no way inferior to similar foreign ones, but cost less. Choose wallpaper for painting.
